I don't watch much TV. But I watched 2 episodes of the Magicians off from the dvr last night. It is based off a book series by Lev Grossman that I already read. I'm up to episode 7 (of 13) in season 1 and I still have season 2 to go.
I am also very slowly watching Robotech: the Macross Saga which is an early anime rated Y7 for kids but it's a space opera. That is on Amazon Prime. I remember watching it rarely when I was a child because it aired at 6am on Sundays on the Lansing channel that didn't always come in very well where we lived.
I watched episodes 2 and 3 from disc 1 of season 10 of M*A*S*H. I have watched since the beginning (I have the set on discs) since oh, 2003 or so is when I started, and I'm up to season 10 now (of 11)!
I watched an episode of Robotech today which was obviously made in Japan. One scene had a poster on a wall of a topless woman. Really, in a Y7 show! And it wasn't even edited. Wow. It is a space opera and the plot is very simple, anime, and I kind of like the show.
I finished season 1 of The Magicians. I do not have netflix, I had it recorded from SyFy on the DVR from last year. The last episode ran over, 1 hour 6 minutes is what the DVR said, however the last scenes were cut off from the recording! Ugh I hate that. I had to ask my friend who watched it on netflix how the season ended in the final scene. I am on to season 2 and now on episode 4 (while he is waiting for netflix to get to season 2 which hasn't even ended yet, it will be quite a wait for him).
